I wa thinking of bringina laptop with me so I'd have something to do while I recover. I know many say they sleep after surgery, but I have a difficult time sleeping in hospitals very well. So I wanted to know . . . .

Does Hurley have a WiFi connection to the internet at all? I know some hospitals do and other's don't so I was wondering if Hurley's did.

TIA

I'm one of those people that does not sleep well anywhere, except my own bed.  I had no trouble sleeping in the hospital, after my surgery.  Actually, thinking back to the days after surgery in the hospital, I barely remember anything that occurred those few days.  I did take some magazines and a book, but never even touched them.  I barely remember my husband sitting with me all day.

But to answer your question, I have no idea.  I had surgery nearly 4 years ago and wi-fi just wasn't as prolific then as it is now, even.

Hopefully, someone that has surgery more recently, at Hurley, can answer your question.  Tina

Thanks.

Hurley only allows 2 visitors at a time so the laptop with a web-cam will help so I can have the kids "check" on me and I can talk with them.
