Did anyone have a list of goals they made after surgery? I decided to put together a small list of goals I'd like to achieve after my surgery. My goals range from simple things like looking in the mirror and telling myself with a smile I can do this, and to getting back into the horse world. My plan is to set goals that can be met easy at first since I don't want to set my self up to fail. Course after I achieve my small goals I'll set goals that are a bit of a challenge.

Wow, I'm working on my goals and I didn't realize how hard it would be!

I did and so has my hubby.  In the beginning it was pounds down to clothes size to adding more and more exercise.  I also rewarded myself with massages every 25 lbs.... that was fun.  One of my hubby's goals is to be able to do a zip line (you have to be under 250 lbs usually) and bungee jump!  I'll definitely do the zip line, but I'm going to have to think about the bungee jump.

The great thing about this whole process is that this time you CAN make these goals reality.

Good luck,

Edie

If you haven't already done so, you can go into your account and there are a lot of goals you can choose from or you can type in your own and they'll show up in your profile and you can mark them off as you achieve them.  You can even set your goals to private if you don't want them to be visible to others.

One of my goals is to get under 250 so I can finally do the Segway tour at Disney World!
