1 year out photo

March 25th 2008 was my surgery date. Now that it has been a year  I feel great. here is my one year out photo. 200 lbs gone! I am looking forward to next year and many more to come. Its not all about being skinny to me, its about getting healthy!

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Wow 200lbs in 1 year,totally amazing!!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't lost any in almost 2 months,but that is when i started working out at the gym. I am hoping that is what it is.Plus i haven't been eating like i should,not having any probs is somewhat of a curse also.
