Hello Michigan!
We've made it through another week and almost another month. Next week we will be celebrating April Fool's Day. May have a brief return to winter over the weekend . Thankful it's not going to be like it is west of here.
What's brewing this morning? Decaf, black and hot for me as I watch the sunrise this morning.....
QOTD-This one's for Brenda! What do you record in your DVR on a regular basis? I record Biggest Loser as I watch American Idol on the other station. I've recorded "Kings" but haven'****ched it yet.......
What's up this weekend? I'm going to a "Mom's Show" in GR with my expectant daughter to get some baby bargains. Yes, Tina, baby shopping is so much fun......
Have a good one

Morning Deb and Happy Friday,

I am eating cheese stuffed olives and have my water waiting.  I saw the weather channel and omg some of the snow drifts were 20' high near Denver.  Can you imagine that?  Yes, we are very lucky!

QOTD:  Well, I don't have the dvr option on my cable.  But I usually will watch sports on fsn on Thursday night, ya know, for that lovely marital balance of give and take.  But then there is this great awesome website called Hulu    ei:  www.hulu.com/watch/64578/the-office-two-weeks

I usually catch the office and 30 rock the next morning right here in the comfort of my freezing cold basement.  wuhu!

This weekend will be cleaning and running Leo, the wonderpup.  I actually wore him out last night.  It was around 8pm and over 50 degrees out, so I ran him next to my bicycle.  I would say about 35 mins of a constant gallop will do the trick.  He didn't once try to nip at me or bite me in the arse after that.  He collapsed on the kitchen floor!!!! yay!!!

Is that a picture of Leo on your avitar??
I was in Denver 3 weeks ago when it was 75 degrees. What a difference.

Yup, that's my white 10 mo. old Boxer Leo.  In that picture, he is innocently bringing me a bow that accidently "fell" off the Christmas tree.....  yeah.right.  Sometimes I feel I got wayyy too much dog.  He is a very powerful dog.  But what I discover is that once I put in the work on a daily basis, he is a much calmer and happier puppy.  Which makes me much calmer and happier.  I heard on dogs 101 that boxers need 3 hours of exercise daily.  Yikes!  But in leo's case, I think its true.

We can swap puppy stories anytime. I have an 11 month old Bullmastiff and I feel I have waaay too much dog, too. She is very powerful, but a real sweetie.
3 hours of exercise a day? WOW. I get Kallie (my puppy) out for atleast one, if not two, walks a day. I also find that her behavior improves with more exercise. So does mine :-)

Thanks Deb!!!

Good morning everyone.  I treated myself this morning and went to Starbucks for my much-loved iced tea.  Yeah, I'll have to double up on the water to make up for it, but it's worth it!

Ok, for the QOTD: The Office, ER, Real Housewives of NYC, Rock of Love, Grey's Anatomy, Survivor, Top Chef, American Idol (go Adam!), Intervention, Tiger games, and Nip/Tuck.  There are more, but I don't want to look like too much of a werido!  I just love scanning through commercials or parts of a show I don't like.  Saves me a lot of time!  And I have to say that the DVR is the best invention EVER!

Last night I wanted to take the dog for a nice, leasurely stroll.  She got a bug up her butt and decided that we were RUNNING for blocks and blocks.  She's an 8 year old lazy Lab, so it really surprised me.  She came home and crashed and was still snoozing this morning when I left.  It was good to jog and not have my belly flopping up and down!

This weekend we are spring cleaning the bedrooms.  Not exactly thrilling, but it needs to be done.  Having teenage boys means your whole house smells like stinky shoes, sports equipment and Axe body spray.  Ick!  Gotta get that cleaned up on Saturday.

Have a good day everyone!

Morning all,

Had my normal yummy shake for breakfast w/ my vit's.  My iced tea is waiting for me.

Q:  We tape everything, unless I want to see it on HD (we have a home grown version of TiVo and it doesn't tape in HD).  I tape All my kids and GH everyday and keep it on in the background all week while working out or cleaning, cooking... plus we tape Survivor, Amazing Race, House, Numbers.... well there's to much to list .  I mus****ch Biggest Looser live (so we can talk about it a work the next day) and dancing w/ the stars, cause you just can'****ch that w/o HD.

Have a great day all,

Edie
