I wouldn't even try a lot of samples before hand.  Thre are several sites that offers sample pack.  I will look for a post that I seen this week that had the list. 

As posted earlier this week, your taste buds changed.  I had a ton of  samples and purchased full size, that I am still working on finishing - I am 21 months out. 

If you are doing a support group near you, talk to the people in the group.  They might be willing to give you samples of what they use.   If you were close to me, I would gladly give you samples of what I have.

Thanks everyone.  I'll check out vitalady.com.  I went to Walmart and got my vitamins.  Cost me more than I expected and I'm still missing two.  Oh well, anything for good health at this point.  Will I have to take ALL of these vitamins/supplements for the rest of my life?

I ordered samples and after surgery, the SMELL alone of the samples was so sickening sweet I never could try them.  My tastes changed so much after surgery that I had a hard time with the protein powders I had no problem with before surgery.  Tina

yep-vitalady.com has samples of all of the protein powders she sells, & there are A LOT!! I ordered about 20 different samples & choked them down after surgery(didn't try any beforehand cuz your tastes change temporarily anyway right after surgery). I haven't had a protein shake since &, knock on wood, hope to never have another-YUK!! To be fair, tho, you can add sugar free syrups, like Torani & DaVinci(found at Walmart), sf Hersheys syrup, &/or peanutbutter & they're supposed to help w/the protein flavor.

Q:  Well, I didn't finish my degree, but I'm over it!  I enjoy my job most of the time, same with my coworkers.   Happily married, so ummmm yea I'm happy at this stage of my life.  I'd like more money, but hey wouldn't everybody!!

It's a beautiful sunny afternoon here in Holland! Working on my 2nd 20 oz glass of water & taking my handful of vitamins. QOTD-HELL NO!(can I say that:) We bought a failing business a couple of years ago, stupidly thinking we could turn it around & guess what? We closed the business & but still have a mtn of bills from it, on top of our very own personal mountain of bills. No way did I think at 40 yrs old I'd barely be getting by paycheck to paycheck & unable to find a part-time job. I never imagined I'd get fat either...sigh....or even touch a computer....or have vericose veins....or have grey hair this soon....or go to bed (or at least WANT to)at 8pm every night....
