Meeting Weight Loss Goal
Don't know exactly what you're doing but here's what I suggest:
Up your water intake, there's only one way for your body to flush waste (extra weight) and that's through fluids.
Stop drinking any soda, I find that when I drink a diet pop I will have a 1-2 pound weight gain for the next day or two until it flushes out of my system. Don't know why but that's been my experience. Crystal light can be great if you get tired of plain water but again for me I found the more I drank the slower my weight loss.
Limit the carbs as much as you can.
Lastly even though you don't want to hear it: up your exercise. Now exercise may be nothing more than taking a walk around your block. Some of us are addicted to exercising and doing lots of physical things but exercise can be as simple as walking, doing leg/arm lifts at home, doing yard work, etc. Anything that gets the heart beating faster.
The reality is losing really comes from when you burn more calories than you ingest. So, eat less/work more. Oh if only it was this easy for all of us.
You can do it -- put your mind to it and think about the what will/can after you join us on the losers bench.
