You're so right about Jillian-degrading. That's so much like a drill sargent. I do have to say that she really, really cares about who she works with. but, I just can't stand her potty mouth. She has done a good job with people, for sure..

They both have such differing theories on  coaching.  I think Bob is a bit to ommmmmm and Jillian is a bit to much, but I'd work with either of them. 

The reason I'm posting is to ask, did you see it when Bob went off on Joelle.  I have never seen Bob that mad.  My hubby and I sat there with our mouths open staring at the screen, totally shocked!  It was amazing to see how upset he could get.    LOL
