Good Morning everyone , It half way to lunch and just getting around to post. Had my coffee hours ago.

QOD..... We are all Famous !!!!!  Any time I meet someone off the board I feel I meet a great person that likes me . I have change my life Thu surgery and so did they. We are all Famous in my book... So meet more of us and you to will have meet a famous person ...One just like you ...OK

I'm drinking decaf hazelnut flavored coffee.  Trying to keep up with 3 year old grandson today.

QOD ~ This pass summer I met Kevin Costner in Chicago. He was out pushing one of his kids in a stroller. We were stuck at a light and he started talking to me. He advised me to go to the "House of Blues" to see Stevie Wonder because he was awesome. Then, it finally hit me..........I was like uh........you are Kevin Costner.........he was like yeah that's why I have this hat pulled down on my head. He was so down to earth!!!

OK, now I am jealous!

I'm having a Cherry Coke Zero as im watching the beautiful sunshine!!!---it is SO NICE to see the sun... im so glad its the last day of winter!!

QOD-  I got to meet a few of the members of the Count Basie Orchestra (for those of you that dont know, its a16 to 18 piece big band , and one of the most prominent jazz performing groups of the swing era, founded by Count Basie)

Ive also met country singers Bryan White and Neil McCoy at a concert in Battle Creek years ago.

I would LOVE to meet Rascal Flatts, Celine Dion, any of the cast members of LOST (my fav show ever!!!!!!!!--in fact, im watching Bonnie Hunt show where Michael Emerson (Benjamin Linus) is a guest!!!...

ps... my official 1yr weigh-in was yesterday and im down 177lbs.. yay!!!

Holy Moley 177 lbs in one year!!  YOOHOO!  You must be so proud of yourself.

I'm so SHOCKED to have lost this much!!!... i was actually shocked to have lost the first 100 lbs within my first 4 months!

Its taken me a long time to realize how much this has changed me, but i AM proud of myself, and im prouder at myself to finally admit it to myself.

Hey Everyone.. I am done with work already.. although against my will. We usually work a full day on Thursdays and the Dr decided to call it a day... I also found out today that I lost my vacation time.. I am SOO pissed off about this. I have been there 2 1/2 years now and havent had a raise in over 2 since times have been tough but the vacation time took the cake for me. Also I went part time in January to help out the practice because we were so slow.. And now this. So I am home to paint some more and get things done. I have tomorrow off by choice. I have a busy week next week and need to get somethings done around here.

QOD: I have met Isiah Thomas, Dennis Rodman, Paul Newman, Mario Andretti, Micheal Andretti, and I am sure a few others but those are the highlights. I would love to meet Bob Harper from the Biggest Loser. I just love him and his concept of exercise. Plus I think we could hang out.

I  love Bob on the Biggest Loser, too. My DH likes Jillian because she is like a drill sargent an my DH was a Marine.
I would love to have Bob over for dinner.....

I dont like how Jillian degrades people sometimes when she talks to them. I like how she is bossy and that would get me motivated but she lost my respect when she went off on people and said things she shouldnt have. She has done wonders with alot of people though.
