I started today

I don't get the date until I see my surgeon.  He ordered all the tests, but I go through my internist to have them done and get the results.  Then I carry the results to my surgeon.  Henry Ford has a pretty stringent schedule.

I go in on the 31st for my last consult (it'll be my 3rd one) and will then hopefully get my appt for my pre-op blood work and my official surgical date (they call with all of those dates at the same time).

I have BCBS so no pre-approval, but so far he says everything looks good and I meet criteria, so now I wait :)
