Happy St. Paddy's Day
We were in Birch Run a week ago Sunday, had to stop and return a few things, check out some stores my hubby didn't want to go to.
We stopped in Brighton to see on of her friends, then on to Briarwood in Ann Arbor.
After that it was to go see the doc. Everything went well, and hopefully got some good tips to help my plateau.

Good Morning Michigan, Corn beef and cabbage with the green beer, Sounds good to me but
I will not be joining in..... Corn beef is Fat

I told my DH he had to take me out for Green Beer and cabbage today, He just said ya right. I didn't eat Corn Beef and cabbage or drink beer banding
But he being a Sweeney he was teethed on it.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Going for corned beef and cabbage tonight with a Guinness. Once a year splurge and its wonderful.

Good mornign everyone.Happy St.Paddy's Day.Remember when you were children and the other kids would pinch you if you weren't wearing green?I had to remind my son this morning.He found a green sweatshirt to put on,lol.No corned beef for me.Cannot tolerate meat to well just yet unless it's in a can.Probably beans again,but that's ok I am liking the benefits.Have a nice day everyone,enjoy the decent weather.
