Yippie its Done!!!

Yes thats right I had my RNY on Tuesday morning..seems everything went well..but I have to say I am very sore and tired... and I did have a bit of a scare when it was time to come home..I was getting dressed when I had to hack up some junk from my throat...Yep there was BLOOD..scared me to death..when the nurse called the Dr. to come up.. I did it two more times..I was terrified..but when Dr came he said he was probably commng from my sinuses and not to worry ..but if it got worse or came out the other end to rush back to the hospital..Thank God seems everything is OK..right now....So Slide over I am joinging you all on the losser bench.

Congratulations!  There is always enough room on the bench....  Hope you are feeling a little better.  I know that you will be sore for a few days, it does get better.  Keep your head up and look to the future.....  Take Care

YAY Bev!!!!!

Now, you have to promise to REST!  Don't be shy about taking naps.  You will have some shoulder pain and your throat will be sore too all side effects from the surgery.  Don't sweat getting in your protein in one shot.  I sipped on a shake most of the day and then water in between.
