Good Morning Michigan and Everyone!
I'm sitting here with my decaf and black missing the coffee posts, so I thought I'd start one. Read about Randy's knee and hope he's healing. Keep off that knee, Randy.

How did you like all the spring like weather this past few days? Did it get you craving for more? I traveled to Denver for work last week so I got a whole week of wonderful weather.
QOD-What are you doing to get ready for spring?
My DH has already started some bulb plants inside. I'm going to start some spring cleaning. I did some drawers over the weekend.

I thought we were going to have a tornado for sure this morning. About 5 I  awoke to the worst wind I have heard in a long time.  I am thinking about going out and uncovering my rose bushes but it might be a bit soon-I am guessing we have at last one more good snowstorm coming. 

The spring-like weather has been SUCH A TEASE!!!  My driveway is a mud pit! UGH!  I hope the ground thaws the rest of the way, very soon!  I always crave warmer weather...all winter long.  Then when the spring time weather is here permanently, I crave the HOT weather of summer...it's just a never ending cycle!  LOL! 

When I can get outside, then I will start doing things to get ready for spring.  I REALLY wanted to clean the dog "doo" but with all the rain, there was no chance of that this weekend.  We've been "purging" the house now for a few months of unnecessary "stuff" since we've been getting ready for the baby. But as soon as the weather stays consistently dry and a little warmer, we'll start in on the deck and the pool.  YAY!  Tina

Good Morning Everyone,

I had my normal morning coffee and just finishing my first 16 oz of water.  Then onto some protien Chia Tea. 

I really miss the warmer weather we had.  This morning it was ice and snow.  Nasty trip into work.  Some local people ended up with ice from the bay in their homes during the night.  The winds picked up and blew it onshore and right through some windows.  One house has ice 12 feet into the house.  Yeck!  The ice piles are higher than some of the homes. 

Getting ready for spring - I have been replacing sod clumps that the guy who plows for us rolled out of our yard this winter.  Want to get them back in before the grass starts to grow, and dies on the clumps. 

My first major spring project is to knock down a small out building that didn't really make it through the winter.  3 out of 4 sides are now gone, and the roof took a beating.  I will be glad it is gone, holds mostly non used junk and a major eye sore.

Good morning Deb!

Watching my Leo run back and forth in my basement.  He has a lump like a tennis ball next to his incision, so its off to the vets soon. 

I cleaned the dogdoo on Friday.  I will pick up the yard and do some raking when the weather gets warm.  We also have a pool, so I guess around the beginning of June we will get it ready.

I am going upstairs to crate spazboy and make some s/f grape koolaid.

Talk about cleaning doggy doo... I have three dogs who poop twice a day times how many days this winter?????  Took me two hours to clean it all up last week.  Thank goodness I got it before it got all soggy.  Nice picture eh?

I pick up poop every other day so I dont spend hours out there..sometimes I pick it up right after they poop.....yuk

Even in the snow?  What about snow storms?

I am drinking coffee w/ a protein hot chocolate.  Was running late this morning I didn't have time to make my "drink".  I want my hour back!!!   

No poop patrol at our house - too rainy.  It really didn't feel like spring to me - maybe if the sun were out.  "Pool Boy" usually opens the pool the weekend before or the weekend of Memorial Day.
