I recently asked that question too. You go to my oh then go under settings (at the bottom under your picture) then contacts under the general tab. Fill it out there.

It is what it is.
If He brings you to it, He'll bring you through it...

Lap Band on 02/25/09

When you go to settings, go to status. you have two chooses surgeon/surgery date. You click on date to add date, click on surgeon , go to the left and you can scroll thru the surgeons to find yours. You add the city and state like stated above.
