1st Year Anniversary
Well it has been 1 year and 1 day ago that I took control of my weight loss and health. These are the stats:
130 lbs down from Pre-op Wgt
144 lbs down from my highest Wgt
Was at my Gyn on Tuesday and asked what my weight was when I was 21 yrs old....(can you believe it been with same practice over 20 yrs)....well I am only 6 lbs heavier than what I was at 21 years old. That made me feel great! I love my life....love my family and glad to have been thru the changes.
