I'm eating strawberries and blueberries right now.  I eat an english muffin daily....sometimes with PB, but mostly just with plain ole butter.

I used to go to 5th grade camp every year, but they changed it to 6th grade last year.  I didn't mind going to camp, too much.  Parents went, too, for chaperones so we just got to go for fun, with our kids.  I don't miss it though because had to be gone for the whole week.

I just started with my english muffin addicition. I eat it with Peanut Butter. Sometimes I cannot finish the whole thing...

My pouch likes to remind me how much I am not suppose to eat!

I was just re-reading my post and I hope it didn't sound like you guys were doing anything "wrong" by eating english muffins.
They just happen to be one of the foods that if I start my morning with them I seem to put on the pounds a little more easily.  I don't know why that is.

Anyway, I hope no one read that as I was thinking "Lucky you guys for eating something I can't".  I didn't mean it that way!

Brenda,

I don't think anyone took it that way.  We all have things we can't eat.

It does sound tasty though.

no I know you weren't!! Not everyone who has had surgery will even try bread to tell you the truth.

I do tell some people that I eat a muffin every morning and they act like I have committed a cardinal sin and I need to go to confession. ROFL. All of us are different and I did not take your comment that way!

My son also teaches fifth grade, in Durand, MI.  I sat as an observer in his classroom and was just so proud.  His wife teaches high school English in Corunna.  My son is the perfect 5th grade teacher because he's a big kid himself, but he doesn't put up with any crap.  You teachers deserve more than what you get, monitarily and appreciation wise.  My best friend was a middle school teacher and we lived together for 4 years and I saw all of the 'off work' time that she put in.

Kudos to you.  Teachers Rule!

Awwwww...thank you so much!  I do the job because I LOVE IT!  Certainly not for the money!  All the 'off work' time can certainly be frustrating, that's for sure!

Good Morning all,

Nice bright sunny morning.  Looking forward to a good brisk walk outside at lunch today.  Had my coffee at 6:30 this morning, crystal lite on my way to work.  Finished some Protien chia tea and have my 32 oz mug filled with water waiting in the wings.

My day should be quiet compared to yesterday.  I did get a good review from it.  Now show me the money........Oh thats right, we are on a salary freeze.  Oh well, just knowing they are very happy with my work is good enough for me today.

Later
