Dr. Kemmeter or Dr. Foote?
Hi Jen, I see under your name Dr. L. in Rochester, Michigan? Why are you not using him.? He has done quite a bit of revisions from Rny to DS on countless number of Canadians. I do not think Foote/Kemmeter use OHIP. I could be wrong. I have only heard great things about Dr. Lutryzkowski (sp). Check out the Ontario Forum for other DS people in your area.

I think that the surgeons affiliated with GHP are exceptional. I worked as a Bariatric RN at Spectrum-Butterworth and at the Blodgett campus. I have decided to go with Dr. Schram because I was not impressed with one of the surgical PA-Cs that work with the surgeons. He is very unprofessional and when nursing staff had issues with patients (emergent situations in the middle of the night) he would become belligerent and would swear. I wouldn't want him assisting with my surgery nor would I want him to step foot in my room. I find this to be quite sad because the surgeons are PHENOMENAL!
