Good Morning Michigan, I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder this morning . I sure hope it goes away as fast as it came. I think I painted to much the other day. I'm drinking my old stand by .What's in your cup this AM?
The Q for the day............ Do you get all your fiber in each day?
For me ...... With a family history of Colon cancer I try hard to. It is my next impotent thing besides protein. I do have to take a supplement each day to get what I need.

I just helped get the kids off to school and had breakfast...an egg and some sf chocolate milk.
Yep, I get all my fiber in during the day. Gotta keep the pipes clean, ya know?
I am anxiously awaiting my follow up appointment tomorrow so I can get the bajillion staples removed. This weekend I'm doing a whole lot of nothing, I hope.
PS-Just because a food label says 'Whole Grain' or 'Whole Wheat' doesn't mean it's high in fiber. My NUT recommends that we look for foods that have at least 3g of dietary fiber in them.

But I think for a MAN, baseball might have the opposite affect. Kinda like thinking about their mom or grandma....might cause impotence at a critical moment...not alleviate it. Unless, as a man, you're into that kinda thing...then more power to ya! Tina

GOOD MORNING RANDY AND EVWERYONE. YES, I GET A LOT OF FIBER IN. I EAT A LOT OF BEANS!!!!!! I AM DRINKING A PROTEIN SHAKE RIGHT NOW SO I CAN GET THAT OVER WITH. THIS WEEKEND I WILL BE PLAYING DRUMS AND SINGING IN MECOSTA AGAIN. WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH GETTING GOOD CROWDS SO ALL IS GOING WELL. ALSO SATURDAY I WILL BE JOINING ANOTHER SUPPORT MEETING ON THE TELEPHONE WITH ALL THE OTHER LEADERS FROM ALL OVER USA. THESE MEETINGS ARE VERY INTERESTING! TAKE CARE AND I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT DAY!

Good morning everyone I am enjoying some sugar free orange sunrise.I really dont worry about fiber just yet.I am still trying to hard to get all my protein in.Does everyone else have days when they can eat very well and others when they can hardly eat or is it just me?My dietician gave me some pointers the other day so I cannot wait to go to town to grocery shop thyis week to try some different things because I am kinda tired of the same ole same ole I have beeen using.Stay warm and safe everyone.We got hit hard up here.
