the best medical insurer

hi all i'm considering wls the lapband what is the best medical insurance to have
HAP......BLUECROSS.....ETC i'm buying the insurance myself.

please help

I have HAP HMO. I haven't had any issues with them. I had a sleep study a couple of months ago and did not pay a dime.

FYI   If your buying an individual policy don't' get BC of Mi. it does not cover wls for individual policies, groups yes, individual no. 

You may want to check the policies of each carrier before you decide.  Ask you agent, that's what they are hired to do. 

Also, realize that if this is a new individual policy, you may have a pre existing condition if you've seen anyone for this condition before you obtain the policy and the insurance co. find out.
