CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE!

My bari surgeon says it is time for my panni.  Here's the problem:  I have Medicare Plus Blue as my insurance provider.  Here in West MI I cannot find a dr. who will perform the surgery without me paying his surgical fee up front because of their concerns that they will not be paid from Medicare.  I have checked with four different surgeons in this area and have run into the same problem with each one.

My PCP is also searching but so far no luck.  So, I am hoping maybe someone of you can help me.

Anybody know of a decent qualified surgeon who will accept my insurance as payment in full?  I am willing to travel to anywhere (almost) to get this done.

As most of you know, my dh just had a liver transplant,  and has not been able to work in four years and it is uncertain when or if he will ever work again.  To say the least we cannot come up with the funds to pay the fee.
