Morning!! I am up way to early today. I fell asleep at 11 last night and needless to say my body said it was time to get up.. So here I si****ching Intervention from the other night and drinking my raspberry iced tea.. I just had my english muffins for breakfast.

I hope your feeling better soon Randy. I hate that cold crud. I had it between christmas and new years.. I am glad it is done and over with for me.

I think once the warm weather breaks I am going to head out into my garden like I do every year. I clean up my beds, and trim down the fall plants that I left, and I like to go over any plans that I have for this year about moving stuff around etc. I need to take new spring pictures for my notebook too.

Have a great day everyone!

Rain here, today....possibility of snow tonight, but they say it's only supposed to get down to 34 tonight, around here, so hopefully the snow stays UP THERE!  You can HAVE it!

Had my english muffin, a little coffee and am now drinking my water.

Let's see....first day to hit 70.  Depends on when that happens.  Probably start opening my pool!  We usually wait til the end of May, beginning of June to get it open.  But this year, we'll probably open it at the beginning of May since I'll be busy having a baby at the beginning of June.  I want that pool ready for business after the baby comes!  LOL!
Have a good one!  Tina

Girl....you and I are on the same page about the pool.  With my second pregnancy I was able to enjoy the pool.  It was so wonderful to feel the pressure taken away when I was in the pool.  But as soon as I got out it hit me like a ton of bricks!  Have you ever seen this much snow in your pool???  Can't wait for summer!

Good Morning!
Have the old standby this morning, again,-black and decaf.
Getting feeling better, Randy!
QOD-will be like you, Randy, will get out the bike shorts, helmet and air pump and go for a bike ride. What a great thought!
My DH has a bad cold, too. Hope I don't get it as next week is a travel week.

Come back to us looking gorgeous Brenda.

It was almost 70 yesterday but I worked a twelve hour day so by the time I got home I didn't do a thing-not even walk the dog. But the next 70 degree day she will get a long walk from me-but neither me nor the do will be in shorts.

Finished off my morning protein hot cocoa ... then finished the fake latte ... now about to fill the water bottle and get moving on the crystal light.

QOTD --- 70-degrees?!  Get OUT of the gym and off the boring treadmill and get my butt back on the trails outside for my workouts.  I'm tired of being cooped up inside and need some fresh air.  I walk at Genesis Health Center's wooded trails after work... so when the weather turns, if anyone wants to join me, just holler!

Good morning/afternoon! I'm done w/32 oz of water, now enjoying a Diet Pepsi w/lunch(well, actually after lunch:).

You guys are all so good-getting out to excercise! The first thing I'm looking forward to is definately cleaning out my car-I mean a really good deep cleaning! Running kids around to all of their extracurricular activities & whatnot has trashed the inside. Toys, garbage, clothes, books, salt, & I think there are even some leaves from fall in there! Yep, just waiting for it to get warm.

Hey all,

Good luck Brenda.  I hope your pain level is low and your healing is fast!

Randy I've had the crud for over 2 weeks now, it's much better, but  I still hack up a quarter of a lung every morning (much improvement over a whole lung! )

Q: ahhhhhh just thinking about a 70 degree day ahhhhhhh.  I'll prob head to the park.  I can't wait to get back outside!!!

Pam, I'd love to walk with you, we'll have to talk .   Have you ever walked at Independence Oaks? it's on Sashabaw, 2 miles north of 75.  They have allot of great trails, I think I've read that they have over 10 miles of trails, some of the hills are quite challenging (well as my weight goes down the hills do seem a bit easier) (YEA), but they still get my heart rate up.
