Question on B-12...Just found out I'm pretty low on it....What does everyone take for a supplement?  I'm five years out.  Thanks!  Theresa

I have been using a B-12 sublingual spray I got from Vitamin Shoppe.  My NUT did not have any info. or research on it, so we decided that I would try it and see how I did.  I have been using it daily for about 18 months and my levels are always good.  I could never get the sublingual tables to dissolve, that's why I tried the spray.

They are a chain, but not sure if there is one by where you are.  That same website can probably tell you if there is.

One more question....How's the taste??   Hate to be a baby, but pills are not a problem for me to swallow, so if it's awful, i'd just take a pill.  But figured the spray is more absorbing and really need it to work, so I'd bite the bullet, so to speak!:-)  Thanks so much!  Theresa

I totally understand!  I am a baby when it comes to taste too.  Luckily, the spray is grape flavored!  It does have some Stevia in it.  It feels a little weird, but not bad at all.

I use a b complex and a b-12 sublingually.  It takes 20-30 min's for it to dissolve.  My level's are always high, which is right where I want them.
