It's Frrrrrrrrrrrriday!
Good Morning! I just got in to work, and poured my usual glass of water to get me started.
I have no Q for the day, but I do have a question "in general" that you junior scientists can answer for me. Does honey cause the same dumping symptoms as sugar? I don't really dump easily, so I don't know.
I have a busy weekend....tonight I'm having dinner and going to the bulk food store with my mom, tomorrow I'll spend all day cooking and freezing dinners so my guys don't starve after my TT, and Sunday going to see my sister. Whew! It's great to be busy with such fun stuff!
What are you doing this weekend?

Morning Brenda and all,
Randy will be proud, you got the thread started without him today.
Drinking my protien hot chocolate caramel, mmmm. I gave up my 2nd cup of coffee for this stuff.
Can't answer your question on honey, can't stand the stuff.
Busy weekend here too. Besides my normal saturday errands and sunday laundry and housework, my son wants a Sunday "date." We do something special together and usually have lunch at one of his favorite places. Generally it is Big Boy, Burger Kind or Fazoli's. He wants to see a movie, so I will check on what is new this weekend.
Enjoy the "warmer" weather

Hey Brenda M,
Regarding your "honey" question, I don't have problems with sweets either, dang it, but yesterday I did see "sugar free" honey at Wal Mart and it was reasonably priced, I think $2 something for a bottle.
I have regular honey at home, but I have never used it since WLS.
Good luck with your TT - will be thinking of you.

Its a big thing in this area. If you like ribs, you will definately get full. Huge crowds.
There is a Doubletree right accross the river from it. If you get a river side room, you can see and usually hear alot of the activies. There is a new Holiday Inn on Wilder Road right off I-75. There are quite a few small motels in Bay City as well. Saginaw is about 15 minutes away with alot more options.
There is a small mall in Bay City, but it is on the decline. Lots of antiques and small quaint shops downtown. Some very nice restaurants downtown also - mostly local stuff. There is a planatarium on the east side of the river if you are bringing the kids.
I have lived in the area my whole life, and have never went. Not big on huge crowds.
Hope this helps

Hey Brenda
Looks like you are in the home stretch of things before the TT. I am happy that you are moving forward with this portion of your journey. It helps you with your self esteem.
I just got home from working at the school today. Just a half a day so I get to come home, eat lunch and then get things ready for my scrapbook crop tonight. I always love going to these.
Tomorrow I have to work in the morning and then we are heading over to Lowes and Home Depot to look at some paint colors. I think I have some chores to do too. LOL
I hope everyone has a great weekend!!!
