What a wonderful day, I hope everyone is enjoying it!  I'm getting ready to take the dog for a walk.

Well I finally got my laptop back, I'm so thankful I got the extended warranty, they had to replace my lcd screen.  My hubby said it prob. would have cost as much as a new comp to replace...  whew!!!

I'm kinda new to the boards.  I signed up a few years ago, then went off to get even heavier, now I am back and set on the path to get busy living and not just exsist and dying.  I'm going to do this for me.  I want it so bad now.  These forums are such a blessing to those of us new to this and searching for help and advice.

Btw...Randy, where can I buy s/f carmel vanilla folgers de caf?  since you are drinking it, I take it we can have that after surgery, correct?  It sounds heavenly.  I only drink one cup of coffee a day, but I do like to wake up with it every day.

Cheryl,  It is folgers decaf with s/f carmel vanilla creamer.  Buy it at walmart / meijers in the coffee isle.
