Hey Pam,
I follow the eggface tortilla pizza recipe but they are always soggy, even following the tip to put toppings on right before going in the oven.  Do you have this problem?  They are still pretty darn good, but woudl be better if the bottom was a little crisper.

The key to crispy is to bake it in a HOT oven.  I do about 425 degrees.

I LOVE TORTILLA PIZZAS!!  I make them all the time.  I can barely eat a "regular" crust piece of pizza.  I like to use the Tomato Basil Tortillas sometimes, for the crust, too!  I might have to make that for dinner tonight!

Lara,
Have you tried pasta since your surgery?  It used to be my all time favorite too....now it just kills me.  I had a little orzo last night and I thought I was going to die.  I guess that's a good thing, right??

PS-I have tried the whole wheat, and it doesn't bother me as much.

Hi-
haven't tried it yet - I'm afraid that it won't bother me and I'll go back to eating bowls and plates full!  :)   I don't feel the same way about the whole wheat pasta tho, so perhaps if I need to make some type of pasta dish, I'll try that so as not to get re-addicted!

have a great weekend!
