ANYONE HAVE BLUE CARE NETWORK AND BEEN APPROVED?

Great, thanks for the advise...I'm not at a BMI of 60+ put I am in the 40+ zone I will just have to find a primary care physician that is "pro" WLS and just go from there,,,,Thank you for responding I appreciate your assistance....
