TGIF Coffee Everyone !!!! + Five for Friday??
I really do wish that the surgery solved everything. Most of us didn't get to where we are weight wise by just eating more. If so the ultimate solution would to be eating less. The activity factor, the thought process and all that goes along with the weight loss. The surgery just gives us the opportunity to change those other things too. I know some people don't like my next comment, but here goes "After all they didn't operate on our brain"
Here's my first FFF in long time
1. White
2. blender, ice maker, water in the fridge unit
3. morning
4. Don't work
5. catch up on some rest
Good morning!! I am sipping away on my grape flavored water this morning :)
I am lucky that no one has said to me that having this surgery was the easy way out. There may be people who think that, but they havent said it to me.

And as for the morning vs nighttime shower debate-OF COURSE morning is best. It takes longer to wash up in the morning than to just jump in the shower and clean what needs to be cleaned.
