 Looks like a winter storm heading for me today. 5-8 inch's of the fresh white stuff. Hope the wife can make it home this afternoon from Jackson. What's the weather like at your home?

For me....... I try to plan everything in life. [Me First] That is why I retired at age 48 and a brand new home. I worked Two Jobs for years. maybe that is why I was married 3 times...lol

Drinking my reg coffee and chillin in bed. Stacey is here for the weekend so we have been shopping and going to Panera to get some asiago cheese bagels!! YUM

I like to have things planned out- it is hard to do things last minute. But I can do last minute if I can.

QOD-I do try to plan the best I can in life, but sometime life throws a loop at you to make you let things fall where they may.
I'm looking at blowing snow this morning. Our snow gauge shows about 18 inches on the ground. Good snow shoeing later today!

Good morning everyone......spending the weekend at Shannon's....getting things on a list for Mexico  Can't believe we'll be there in 2 weeks!!!  

Had regular java this am with French Vanilla creamer and Any Whey in it...was warm and yummy on this ""cold"" Michigan morning.  I sure won't miss those in a couple weeks!!!

Not sure what we're doing today and don't much care...I'm happy to be down here visiting and just kicking back and enjoying the great company.

QOTD:  Having planned over 1500 weddings and DJ'd over 2000 events,
I'm a HUGE planner.  Not everything gets planned, and for the most part, now that those days are over, I try to let things fall where they may.  However, there are some things I plan due to my work schedule.  This trip down here to see Shannon was NOT planned, it was spur of the moment and a 'fly by the seat of my pants' decision.  But the trip to Mexico we've been planning for over a year now, and soon it will be here.  So I guess you could say that it just depends on the situation!

I'm up, drinking some White Chocolate Almondine Ghirardhelli Coffee.  It's pretty tasty.  When hubby gets up, we're heading to Hillsdale, to the in-laws.  I adore my in-laws and they have kinda become the "adopted" parents of me and my siblings' and their families.  My dad has been gone for 13 years and my mom is in TN, so we often get together at my in-laws' house.  Today, we are getting together there for home-made pizza.  My MIL makes THEE best pizza....seriously! Not sure if we'll spend the night or not.  We'll see. Which, is the perfect segue to my answer for the QOTD.  

We are not planners.  Having to plan things out to the minute is very stressful to me.  I am very laid back and like to be flexible!  My husband and I are two peas in a pod when it comes to this.  We plan things, in general.  When it comes to my job, it's necessary to be planned ahead, but I learned very quickly, the first year I taught, that my lesson plans changed daily, sometimes hourly.  So my ability to be flexible has been invaluable when it comes to teaching. 

Otherwise, letting the wind take us where it may, has been so much fun throughout our lives!  I'm the person you call for fun, on a whim!  Tina

Um....I don't know.  Nothing is censored when I look at it!  And I didn't type anything that ends in o.  hmmmmm....

The only thing I see that would be cencered is Pizza and that end with a A not a O , She might be getting Old and can't see well anymore........lol

Having some crystal light at the moment.  I slept late today, so getting a late start.  

QOTD -- I tend to be a "me first" type of person lately.  But I did that on purpose when I had surgery and really made the commitment to be selfish and take care of my own physical and emotional health first.  It's a lot easier to do when you're single and live alone -- not sure I'd be able to do that if I was married with kids and all that goes with that.
