Good Morning Michigan, How is everyone today? I'm drinking my old stand by . What's is your cup? Looks like cold and more cold this coming week . So try to stay warm , That's so hard to do since surgery.... I spent $235.00 on bibs and new coat and gloves and  -40 below socks. "I HOPE IT DOES THE TRICK"

So the Q of the day is....... How much money have you spent since surgery to stay warm?

Drinking  my peach add in water.  I do drink hot tea occasionally  but not a lot.
I think I must be really weird!   I don,t   suffer from the cold like so many of you folks do.  At my highest weight the heat bothered badly, but now at 145  the cold doesn't bother me.   OH  I do get cold when its cold out.   but I don't   ne ed to bundle up in  the house like some do.    Hope everyone can stay warm all week  its gonna be a mite chilly out there!!

Just got home from Meijer and spent 50 bucks on dog treats/bones and 2 books!!
QOTD-
My best purchase was a heated mattress pad!!! BUT when walking around house I am in layers!! My feet are always frozen and goosebumps all over!!! Right now I am sweating because I ate 2 bites of a choc. donut and am dumping..blahhhhh

Morning all,

I just finished my protein shake, it tasted like the melted part of a banana split.  It was Silk light chocolate soy w/ fz cherries and pineapple w/ choc protein powder  YUMMY!!!!

A:  I've actually listened to people talk about thrift stores, and gave them a shot, holy moly, the deals you can get are unbelievable.  Yes, you have to dig a bit to find great stuff, but it's there.  I bought a coat that looks suede on the outside, has a faux fur collar and is made with  thinsulate, and cost a whopping $21.99.  I don't think the person who owned it originally wore it many times if at all!  I've found soooo many things there, some things still had tags on them!

Good morning everyone.I havent spent anything on staying warmer yet I just dress in layers in and out of the house...lol..I am drinking sugar free raspberry by wylers........I am having a hard time with my protein intake..I found some slim fast shakes with low carbs...20 grams of protein in them so I will try those...I was using whey protein but I was tired of those so I needed a switch...Its snowing in my area currently so I guess I better get ready for this winter blast lol....

GOOD AFTERNOON. I AM SITTING HERE FREEZING! I AM SO COLD SINCE MY SURGERY, I CAN'T BELEIVE IT. MY HUSBAND EVEN WENT OUT AND BOUGHT ME LONG JOHNS BUT IT DOESN'T HELP! I HATE TO SEE HOW COLD I WILL BE THIS WEEK WHEN THE TEMPERATURE GOES DOWN EVEN FURTHER! I WENT TO CHURCH THIS MORNING AND THE BEST TIME OF THE MORNING WAS DURING MEET AND GREET TIME AS I GOT SOME HUGS AND THAT WARMED ME UP! I GUESS I WILL MAKE ME SOME SF HOT CHOCOLATE. I HAVE SPENT QUITE A BIT ON NEW COATS AND BOUGHT A LOT OF WARMER SOCKS. IT USE TO BE THE TIME WHEN I WAS WARM ALL THE TIME BUT THINGS HAVE CHANGED!

Howdy do... Been awhile since I was on the board, but its all good... We just got home from shelby twp, at my sister in laws house, helping her sort through her boxed stuff... Anyhow... hope everyone had a good day...

For the QOTD, None spent so far. I just use lots of blankets at home and thick socks :).... but we will see how it goes the rest of the year.. .  Have a good evening...
