I just finished some breakfast, so I will be waiting a bit for my water.

No football for me today. We will be taking down our Chrismas decorations and cleaning for a party I am having Saturday night.

Unfortunately we decided to head home about 11 because the kids were getting cold. We promised them they would be able to watchit at home. We had the tv on WWZM and the computer as well. Both feeds messed up and we werent able to see it

The kids by that point were barely awake and didnt realize the showing of the ball drop was about 30 seconds off the true time.

My husband and I both said that next year we will try and stay down there.

It was crazy cold last night, wasn't it? I couldn't believe all the people downtown, it was happening in G.R.! It was fun to see so many people out -- like election night when you & I were downtown Chicago!!!! Everyone just so happy. I left downtown around 9pm, so missed any drunken madness. Good dinner at One Trick Pony with 'wave two' of family members in town for the holidays, and then off to Rockford to usher in the New Year with another dinner & lots of champagne.

Can't wait to see you Saturday night! I keep forgetting to pick up nickels -- must do that tomorrow!!!

I was ready to leave after seeing some kid puking in front of me...he was obviuosly drunk! The amount of open alcohol containers was a disappointment to me. It wasnt as family friendly as I had hoped it would be.

I am so glad you are coming on Saturday night!!!! It should be a fun time!

Black, hot, and decaf is in my cup this morning.
May watch the Georgia bulldogs and MSU later today. I am hoping that MSU has a chance, even though I'm a diehard Wolverine fan and there's no bowl game for them this year.
No crazy games last night unless you consider baking a 22 pound turkey.

Happy New Year Michigan!!!

Last night was nice- just relaxed, read my book, and played word twist online...lol We do not normally go out and am not much of a drinker so.....boring night but fine with me!!

I had some coffee with creamer and sweet and low and just made some eggs with sausage , toast and cheese. The dogs want it more then I do..LOL

Today we may go to Meijer and take down our tree...it is so pretty I hate to do it!! No football here...yuk!!!
Only crazy game I played was word twist and got my butt beat every time!!! (TINA)
