How bout the rest of you - Care to share your resolution(s)?

Pam,
If I don't make them ,
I don't have to brake them...
It has worked for all these years
why change now

Happy New Year to you, too, Pam.
My resolution, for this New Year, is to get to my goal weight. After only loosing 5 pounds in 5 months, it has been frustrating. But, there are more positives than negatives such as dropping two sizes in those five months...

I dont so much make resolutions, but more like goals.

My biggest goals of the year are:

Get back in shape
Complete a Half Ironman Triathlon

Mine is to:

Be healthier
Eat Better
do a 5k - may have to be a walking 5k, but to complete it!
Take a real summer vacation - longer than a 3-4 day weekend.

Pam,
You find a 5k that we can walk and I'll do it with you....even if it's out by you!

Mine is kind of "more of the same". To continue to take care of myself, hopefully get to my goal weight, and just continue to enjoy life and appreciate the amazing gift I've been given!!

Have you taken your vitamins today?

Hi All,

I didn't realize so many people felt the same as me.......I don't make any resolutions but I am thinking of changes.

Mine is to finish what I started.

My initial goal was 160.00.  After remaining the same weight for almost 6 months, I decieded I was "content" where I was at.  NOT.  After doing some major soul searching I am not content where I am.  So.  My New Years Resolution is to lose 30 more lbs.  Get my tummy tuck.

My neice and I have a challege - 30 hours of activity in by 1/31/09.  Started 12/29/08.  This includes cleaning the house, grocery shopping - anything but sitting on our butts.   Sounds easy, but when it's so cold outside, you don't feel like going out, it's not always easy.

I am also watching everything I put into my mouth, and journalling everything.  Making sure I get my protein and water in.

My first goal is to be under 200 by the end of January.  Then I will set goal 2 when I get under 200.
