Hey Michigan!

1st my New Years Resolution is to be more active on this board, so HI ALL .

My first drink every day is a bit of water to wash down my iron and C, then I have a protein shake 45 min's later, then on to ice tea 45 min's after that!  I am such a creature of habit, but it keeps me on track.

So that leads to the QOTD, I get about 110-120 grms of protein a day, which is about 50/50 solid/liquid.  I drink 2 protein shakes a day and 2 small meals a day.
