Well..........it's good if you use this as a time to learn about yourself.
Figure out what your "trigger foods" are. Take lots of time to think about what you're eating and why.
During this pre-surgery time, think about every single thing you eat. How you feel before and after you eat. Then imagine if someone just took it away from you. What would you do then?
Your liver will thank you if you don't overindulge too much! It's also a good time to start walking and drinking jus****er, if you haven't already.
