Ohhhh it's so nice to be back at work.  Four days off is just too much.  I hate relaxing and staying home.  Can you hear the sarcasm in my typing??

At least it's a short work week and my boss is off  tomorrow, so that's like starting vacation early!

Last night for dinner I had a meatball and a South Beach bar.  I really do have to step it up and eat more during the day I suppose.

Hope you all have a good day.....especially those of you that have to go to work like me!

Good morning, MI.  I am somewhere in IN, north of Indianapolis, on I69, heading south.  I love the Sprint "stick".  I can get the ineternet anywhere.   I have my starbucks and ice water.  I'm thinking of napping for a bit, so I can drive later.

For dinner last night, um.....since our power was out, we stopped and grabbed subway on our way home.  I had some roasted chicken breast sub about 4 pm.  Didn't really eat anything after that.  Tina

Hello all!

I'm battling a bit of dehydration this morning so I'm trying to push the fluids.  Drank half a bottle of water on the drive to work, grabbed a fake latte on the way and have already downed another 16oz of Crystal Light this morning.  Now I'm eating my Baked Steel Cut Oatmeal for breakfast.  Ears are still popped, so I know I'll be drinking all day to get my balance back.

QOTD -- yesterday was a bad eating day.  Ate like a pig!  Dinner last night was a chicken breast from the crock pot... which was about the only healthy thing I ate yesterday.  I'm actually glad to be back at work today so I can get back to my  normal eating routine and stop stuffing junk in my mouth.

I am glad I not the only one like that.

I like being at work, I have a regular routine (most days anyway).  Weekends, I just lose track of time, forget to eat, and then I seem to over eat or make poor choices.

Not doing the best today, I missed my 10 a.m. oatmeal, so I just finished a 4 inch turkey sub from subway.   Love the kids meal, got my milk and Dannon lite & fit yogart to have in a while.

Yep Pam... I'm the same way with eating.  Either the extreme of not eating because I forget or not being able to stop the eating and grazing.  Wednesday and Friday last week I didn't eat (900 calories on Wed and 750 on Friday).  Then I definitely made up for it Saturday and Sunday with all the crap I ate.

Routine seems to be my lifeline.  I eat better because I'm forced to plan my meals.  I get all my doses of vitamins and calcium.  I drink all my water.  Guess I just feel more in control when I'm back on a schedule.

Hope the rest of your day is less hectic.  :-)

We were without power for about 12 hours yesterday.  Yeck

Had 16 oz water on my way in, trying to get in my coffee, but it has been hectic this morning.  Its already 10:30, and past time for my morning oatmeal.

Last night, we ate out, I had grilled shrimp and salad, and 2 small bbq ribs.  It was nice, we were all packed to go to my dads for the night, consumers said no power until tuesday afternoon, but we ran to get something to eat and stopped back at the house to pick up a second vehicle, and the power was back.    I was so cold yesterday.  It took me forever to get warmed back up.

Have a great day Michigan.

Hello All,

I'm pretty excited to still be in Georgia an enjoying the 80 degree weather. I'll be heading home tomorrow.

Last night, I had half of a philly cheese steak. I know, I know...................I must admit I've been eating things to cut the cravings knowing that my surgery is coming up soon. That's not good is it?
