Sunday Morning Java Anyone !!!

Good Morning Michigan, Hope that everyone is warm and dry, There is a lot of flooding in the state this morning and temps are dropping fast .  Sounds like a train here at our home this morning 50 mph winds .

I'm drinking s/f Carmel vanilla de caf. What's in your cup?  and listening to the road commission radio. Trees down every where. I'm staying home today. What's your plans?

The Q for the day................. Did you leave your Christmas tree up for the New Years eve celebration or do your take it down before?

Deb is going to take it down today. She never leave it up to New Years day

No Kids this W/E. There coming up in two weeks for the day. Weather sucks here.

Goodmorning Randy- Thought I would join the MI board and wish everyone a Happy New Year.
I'm enjoying my decaf  coffee w/ sf french vanilla cream this am- oh it is sooo good.  It definetly sounds like a freight train in my backyard too so I think I'll stay in today and do my lovely laundry and household chores.  We have a couple more gathering parties with close friends at our house next week so I need to leave the tree up a little bit longer.  It is so pretty but soo much work.  Thank goodness it only comes once a year!!!!

Morning everyone!

I'm drinking water and eating a Triscuit for breakfast.  Ole pouchy is irritable this morning so I'm taking it easy.

I'm just doing stuff around the house today.  Back to work tomorrow, but I'm excited because after work I'm hitting the mall!  My in-laws are coming over for a visit but I'm going to hide out and shop until they leave.  Ssshhhh.....don't give away my secret LOL.

Well, it's not morning anymore.  It's about 9 PM.  I woke up around 8 this AM to a cold, dark house.  Our power was out.  So we got up and decided to head to Hillsdale a bit early, but the inlaws' power was out, too.  We went to my sister's house in Commerce Twp instead, to drop off our dogs (they are dogsitting while we go to TN), do a bit of laundry and shower.  Now, we are at the inlaws' house in Hillsdale and are heading to TN in the AM.  Hubby and I are both off til Jan 5th.  Looking forward to a few days in TN.  My mom's hubby said it was 78 degrees there today.  

I don't put up a Christmas tree, so there isn't one to take down.  But when I was a kid, traditionally, mom would leave it up til the 1st.
