Of course! I wish I could offer a simple solution, but a lot of times these things take time. I saw above where you mentioned PTSD. That is actually one of the diagnosis I received. I won't go into any detail, other than to say it is very real, and can be effectively treated. My anxiety is debilitating without my medications, and behavior modifications techniques didn't help me at all. Again, different people need different medication(s), and some may need it short-term while others will always need it.
I wish you the best. It can be so difficult to go through the process, but the end result will be worth it. Keep your eye on the prize, just like you had to when you made the very brave decision to have WLS!

Highest Known Weight = 370# / 59.7 bmi @ 5'6"
Current Weight = 168# / 26.4 bmi : fluctuates 5# either way @ 5'7" / more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9) = 159#: would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.
