Good morning Randy and all that follow. I have a no-no drink this morning so I won't elaborate. My best friend complains alot about her life and it ****** me off, but I deal with it because I love her so much.

Hey, Shug.  How's things?  I THINK I felt the baby move yesterday, but I'm not sure.  I know they say that with your first pregnancy it sometimes take a little longer to realize that's what you're feeling.  And with the "extra fluff", it may take a bit longer.  You have other children, right?  What did that feel like for you the first time?  Mine yesterday, was kind of a twitchy feeling.  I was laying down for a nap and could feel it over and over in the same spot, so I'm thinking that was the baby.  I've had other feelings that I thought could be the baby, but they only happened once, so I'm not sure!

Anyway, I think you helped me figure out what Randys' Q of the day was.....LOL!  The "best friend treat" was throwing me....so I'm assuming he meant trait, which makes total sense.  I guess I need more coffee.  Have a good day.

Feels like butterfly flutters in the same spot. YES!! Sounds like your feelin it. Enjoy it. I always loved when I first started feeling the little movements. And it is usually when your rested and relaxed.

Good morning, Randy!  Have fun in Jackson today.  I was there just yeseterday to pick up my nephews.  They spent the night last night.  The three of them are very active!  LOL!  A 6 year old, 4 year old and a 2 1/2 year old.  We have a very active day planned.  Playing in the big snow piles from snow blowing the foot of snow in the driveway, making Christmas cookies, and going to the movie.  I've already made biscuits and gravy this morning for breakfast.  Now I need a nap.....LOL!  I don't know how my sister in law gets anything done during the day!

Not quite sure what you're asking there, Randy, for the Q of the day.  I guess I'll have to think about it, too.  LOL!   Have fun in Jackson.

I am just having a little bit of water with grape sf koolaid.

My best friend tends to shut people out when she needs help the most. And I overlook it because I know it is a defense mechanism and she has been through a lot of stuff that causes her to do that.

Many family and friends complain all the time about having no money. The children are raised and they have two large incomes in the home. Plus great benefits, savings, nice cars and toys, yet they have to repeat the old expression, Oh I'm so broke!  So you have taken a few big trips this year, and drive nice vehicals, The thing is I am not jealous..as it may sound. But when you are telling all of this to a person on a limited income, retirement..just keep it to yourself. Don't complain, they are my friends and I wish them well, just cut the I am broke Bu__Sh-T. It is annoying, Makes me feel that they have not even conscidered my place in all this. Just carry on as usual, not mentioning money savings etc, We are friends and they know I am on a limited income and should save those remarks for company that share the same. I love all these folks. But you asked...so I told you...keep the finances out of the friendship. I never ever say "Oh I am so Broke" or I can't afford this and that. I just say nothing about my bills and mortgauge etc,
My Mother always said "Never talk religion, politics, or finances with your friends if you want to keep them That is private....Just my opinion Randy ! Lola

I have my make ahead hot choc this morn and then some water.
Q -  My best friend's worst trait is........... after my WLS she was not happy and sort of pulled away from me for a while and became very snippy with me at times ( where as, in the 20 years I have known her she has never displayed this kind of behavior before).  I would still call and talk to her and would let her know how much our friendship meant to me. She is a educated, christian, smart and savvy woman and this behavior out of her blew me away. I just stuck with her because I had a feeling she would pull out of it.  I think she has been doing some soul searching lately and has caught herself in her own unfriendly behavior. When I had lunch with her last week, her head was in a much better place

Good Michiganders.....brrrr it's cold down here in Sturgis... and the weekend low temps are to get below zero.....I will owe my soul to the gas company!!!

Third batch of spiced nuts are in the oven.....they are gifts for some co-workers.

Delivered the batch of PB fudge this morning and in return got four beautiful Florida navel oranges.....yummo,
pretty good trade, I'd say.

Ended up getting my back molar pulled Thurs. afternoon....it was pretty traumatic but didn't have too much pain .... took an extra strength tylenol and that took care of it.  Just have to remember to chew carefully on the left side now until it is healed up.

Working on last cross stitch towel - will be finished by tomorrow.

My BFF has an awful habit of "stretching the truth" if you know what I mean?   It bothers me sometimes, and the truth would just be so much better....but that's the way she is....it's all about her, so I just listen and love her anyway.

Have a blessed weekend,
Pat R.

PS. first ad for the new support group here in Sturgis is supposed to hit the paper today.....exciting!

The Q for the day............... What is your best friend worst trait that you over look? and why?

Well here goes before I leave town for the day.
My old friend did me a number and sleep with my Ex-wife. While I was out making money at work she would play house with him. Then when I got home. He would be there like nothing had happend. I don't trust anyone at home anymore when I'm gone ... Duh....lol
Need I say I did not over look that !!!!
Note Ex-Wife....lol
