Monday Morning Coffee !!!

I'd say the books are for 13-17ish.  The movie was about the same.  I am not sure a 5th grader would really relate to the "love story" of all of it.  Plus, the whole theme of the books is that the dude is a vampire, and how the girl is going to deal with that.  Ohhhhh and I won't spoil it for anyone that hasn't read the last book, but there is some sex going on!  That one really isn't ok for elementary school readers.

But just like Harry Potter, parents will want their kid to be in on the trendy stuff, so they will let them read it even if they don't get it. 

Yeah, I was kinda surprised that this particular parent would buy the books for her daughter knowing what I know of its contents.  Maybe mom doesn't know.  Who knows.  We shall see. 

Doing ok today.... It will be cherry crystal light today and drs appts and laundry... what a fun day (not really.... )

Good morning, all!  At work, class is at music.  BUSY week here at school!  Thursday is the last day for the kids.  We do report cards on Friday, but that's an easy day because all of our grades and report cards are done through online based software.  EASY PEASY!  

I'm starting to "show" a bit, so I'm telling my class about the baby on Thursday.  They'll be excited.  Hopefully, they'll forget about it over break, so it won't be such a distraction when we get back.  LOL! 

Before I got pregnant, I probably wasn't getting all my food in every day.  But I haven't had that problem since September.  I actually get HUNGRY, have hunger pangs, which I haven't had since I had surgery.  So that has been an adjustment and I HAVE to eat every couple hours.  I'm eating a banana right now.  Will have a PBJ for lunch and another for snack in the afternoon.   Thinking about chicken and mashed potatoes for dinner.  Yes, I'm thinking about dinner at 9 AM.  LOL! 

Being pregnant is something else.. I eat more now than I did before surgery. My jaws are actually tired. I am into PB  & J's also. Its my comfort food this month. Same way with my last baby too. Also I love milk when I am prego.

GM MICH, I am at work, hungry, and bored. My co-worker is out sick today so I am alone. I am taking a break from calculating payroll. I had a bowl of chili for breakfast and have some cheese crakers for a snack. I have a terrible craving for some chili fries from coney island. Maybe I will get some and only eat a couple. I am out of crystal light so its plain water for me today. .

Better, there is one side of my neck that is really tender to the touch, but nothing I can do about it... But I hope you liked the cookies and cream :)
