Good Morning Michigan, Looks like a fun day with the weather today. What's it doing at your home?
I'm drinking Carmel French Vanilla De Caf and witching the News They think the Government will help the auto industry out.

I am drinking my normal coffee but added some cinnamin bun creamer and it is heavenly!!!
Had a wonderful visit with my mom- I miss my family soooooo much!!!
Today I may run to Kohls...or not. depends on how lazy I am feeling..and right now pretty lazy.
Its so cold out too-probably walk dogs when it is light out. Doing some laundry too....in w inter seems I have so many more clothes to wash cuz I am always cold.
Plateaus-
They happen and you have to realize weight loss will start again....patience my wls san!!! lol It is annoying when new people come on and say " I only lost 50 lbs in 1 month, this surgery is going to fail me!" It happens- just have to sit it out and be patient- sometimes the scale wont move but the inches will.

That's not the case with Deb. She does well and I can tell that She is lossing inch's but you can't tell her that ..........lol
She has been working out and we ride bikes all summer and the scales did not move for her.
I just printed a Plateaus busting Diet out for her , I hope it works Remenber that we have the band . She might need a fill

Good morning guys.I am drinking strawberry whey protein,yummy!I am not leaving my house today with the weather forcast either.Rain on top of all this snow and ice already yikes........I hope we all get over plateaus.I havent weighed myself since my follow up appointment so I dont get discouraged.Stay warm and safe everyone

I'm up early.....my son got some new toys at the party yesterday so he got up early to play with them. Fun fun fun!
I have a ton of stuff to do today: grocery shopping, house cleaning, laundry, gym, making gifts for the kids school, and then I'm going to dinner and a movie with some friends. Whew!
I'm on a plateau that has lasted over a year.....so yeah, I'm thinking I probably won't get over it!

This diet calls for you not to eat more then 50 grams of carbs a day. Give it a try and count all your carbs
Happy Sunday all!! I had coffee at about 10am this morning-- hazelnut.
My other tasks today I took on are making dinner for a family that has been really good to me since I moved here, the "mom" has taken me many times to the ER when I first moved here and took me here and there and came to visit me after my WLS. Her mom broke her back and I felt this was a good time to "give" back a little something so I'm making a Chicken and White and Wild Rice casserole, salad, rolls and for dessert I made Chess bars which are similar to Lemon bars without the Lemon. It's a recipe I got when i was in KY years ago. Yummyyyy but loaded with sugar. I might try a teeny piece for "quality control" lol. Then I'm delivering it to them - just down the street and returning home for some movies and maybe play my online game.
Its really nasty here, misty raining and slushy and yuck O. I hope this al doesn't freeze :O!!
