TGIF Coffee Everyone !!!!
I never get here early enough to chat about what I drank in the morning! Had the usual cold weather drink though: hot chocolate protein w/ sf syrup. Yummm!
I actually like to grocery shop now. I don't feel like people are staring at me, thinking -- you don't need any food, girl!! Or, having people look over what is in my basket or on the checkout belt. I get in 120 - 150g of protein each day, so I spend a lot more time looking for tasty recipes and in the meat & seafood section than I ever used to. Also, I go a lot more often then I used to. Besides trying to avoid the grocery store, I used to buy a lot more canned / processed / frozen foods, and now I eat almost everything as fresh as possible.
There are sometimes products that I read about, and can't find, so I have to be patient waiting for something I needed to order online or wait until I go to Chicago for a better selection. I find most everything I need at Meijer though. I think their selection has improved GREATLY over the years, and they have done a very good job of stocking the high protein / low carb products I shop for.

Highest Known Weight = 370# / 59.7 bmi @ 5'6"
Current Weight = 168# / 26.4 bmi : fluctuates 5# either way @ 5'7" / more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9) = 159#: would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.
