Exercise
I need some exercise advice.
I have what I endearingly call a "bubble butt". I have that top bump below my lower back that just won't go away. I have looked online (try typing in butt exercises in a search engine....it's horrible!) and kind of asked around the gym but found nothing yet. All of the exercises seem to target the lower area.
I am having my TT in February so I have stepped up my weight training in hopes of getting my muscles stronger. I'm also doing various cardio stuff, but nothing seems to lessen this one area.
Does anyone have any suggestions for specific exercises or things you did to get yourself ready for your TT?
Congratulations on getting your TT and doing the exercise thing. Does your gym have any personal trainers on staff ? If so maybe a session or two with one would get you on the right track for targeting your goal. I worked with one 6 weeks out of my RNY. He really helped me focus on the areas I was concerned with. Maybe he helped me focus too much................lol, I am not now a candidate for a TT that insurance will pay for.

You've gotta be careful with those Google searches. LOL! I typed in "exercise for glutes" and came up with several tame results. Here's one that has several butt exercises listed that seem pretty good:
