Good morning Michigan, What a day Been up since 4:00 plowing the drive 9 inch's and more coming in this afternoon . What's it like at your home?

Drinking my old stand by and talking to Deb that if it keeps this up we will not go to the eye doctors this afternoon. What's in your cup?

The Q for the day............     How do you deal with people ? Do you make friends well? are you a loaner? How are your people skills?

It's raining here....clearing away the little bit of snow we had on the driveway.  It's supposed to get up to 40 here in the metro Detroit area.  I'll take it!

I am drinking water....same old same old. 

I am a loaner now, because people scare me!  It seems every time I meet someone that I think is nice and normal, they turn in to a weirdo stalker!  I think my people skills are ok.....I don't seem to have any trouble getting along with everyone.  Middle child syndrome....I'm the peace-maker and tend to always be trying to make everyone happy.

I have been up a while too, had to go pick my DH up from work this morning. We have snow too, I don't think we have 9 inches though. Just have decaf in my cup now, make ahead hot choc. earlier with protein in it.

 I think I deal with people pretty good, I seem to make friends easily, but very cautiously. I am not a loner at all and have very good people skills. Like Brenda said, I also have middle child syndrome and want everyone to be at peace and get along.

Yeah, it was rainy this AM, but no ice.  Temp was in the mid 30's when I left at 6.  Roads were not bad at all from Chelsea to Romulus. But the temp is supposed to drop today.   Tonight, though, may be a different story.  I go to Hillsdale on Tuesday nights for symphony practice, so I'm a little worried that things might be icy for my trip.  I don't get home until about 10:30, so it makes for a long day.  Our concert is Friday, so I don't want to miss practice tonight.  We shall see.

I had a little coffee this AM.  Drinking my water, now.  I really think I've been dehydrated these past couple days.  No food sounds good and nothing I eat really tastes good.  I didn't even pack a lunch today because NOTHING in the house appealed to me at 5:30 this AM!

How do I deal with people?  Ok, I suppose.  I've never been a person to SURROUND myself with tons of friends.  I have some very close friends, now.  I still hang around with my 2 best friends from school (grew up with one since the 1st day of kindergarten).  I spend most of my spare time with my family.  And hubby really is my very best-est friend.  I tend to get along with everyone.  I'm pretty laid back.  I believe that most people in this world have something positive to add, but those that don't, I just avoid.  LOL! 

Oh man Tina - when I was pregnant with my first one I couldn't stand the smell of anything.  My sense of smell was so heightened.  I lived on apples, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and cereal.  I could not handle the smell of meat.  Totally grossed me out.  I could tell when the fridge door was open - being in the living room!!!  I'd yell at hubby to close the door.  Couldn't stand going to the grocery store with all the smells.    I was actually losing weight for the longest time.  I did end up in the hospital at 8 weeks for being dehydrated.  I was puking my guts out for 8 hours straight.  Thought I was gonna die that night.  So I know what you mean by nothing sounds or looks appealing.  But in the end - OMG - I was gaining 10lbs a week!!!!  I was so bloated, couldn't wear shoes and felt like the baby was gonna fall out of my crotch!!  Needless to say, I had to be induced.  Second pregnancy - totally different.  And both are girls. 

Good luck figuring out what to eat.

Eating chicken noodle soup from Tim Horton's right now.  It's ok. 

Gee after that beautiful story, makes me wanna run out and get pregnant!!  LOLLLLL

LOL....I know I kinda thought about that after.  It's amazing how really no two pregnancies are the same. 

Well, I've had my protein/coffee drink.  Now working on decaf hot green tea and my water. 

It was raining hard on my way into Ypsi - definitely warmer today.  And I'm happy to say I have heat in my office today!! 

OMG - anyone who knows me knows that I am a Chatty Cathy!!!  I'm always flippin my lips.  I think this is one of the main reasons I enjoy my job so much.  Because I can relate to the patients and I truly want them to have a great experience like I did.  I think I make friends easily.  I have several very close friends that I have grown up with.  I like peace and harmony with everyone, but I think that is the Libra in me.  I grew up in a family business so I was exposed to the public early on.  I guess I could say my dad taught me how to deal with people.  I can be a loaner when I want to though.  I definitely enjoy having some "me" time. 

Its cold and rainy here...

Cookies and cream protein drink with fat free milk....

I make friends really easy.... but I like to just stick with a few that I trust though....
