I didn't anticipate how hard the holidays were going to be. Until now, it has been "relatively" easy for me, but now?!?!?! I have dropped 81 pounds since August, but each pound is getting more difficult because of all of the temptaions around me. Cookies, candy, egg nog, you name it, I want it. It's everywhere!!!! Any tips or suggestions on how to get through my first holiday season post WLS?

 Just say no!!!!!
I've got a feeling no matter how far out we are we'll still going to have to deal with our demons.  Due to the RNY I'm just terrified of dumping so I use that as motivation to stay away.  Remember what it is that caused you to have WLS and that it's only a tool.  Use your Thanksgiving experience as a reality check that you are still in control and that you have to make smart choices.
For 'punishment' drink 2 extra protein shakes and go take a walk
Hang in there, losing 81 pounds shows you've made great choices -- keep up the great work!

How many fills have you had? Your should have one fill in already . You might need another fill to find that sweet spot.
Cravings will never go away ? You have to take controil . If you can not you need to talk to your doctor.
I'm a lapbander too, It's not the easy way too do it. Keep workig out. and good luck
