Good Morning Michigan, Lake affect Snow today . Only got 1 inch overnight. Yea I need a brake , the piles are getting taller then me.
Drinking my old stand by and watching the news. What in your cup this morning?
The Q for the day...... How do you deal with your weight loss Comments?
I have a hard time with everyone saying "You lost a lot of weight" and "Your getting to skinny"
I tell them, "It's fine the Doctor are happy" !!!!!

Good Morning, I'm at work catching a few minutes on board. I haven't had anyone say I'm to skinny but I am a little uncomfortabel when people ask me how I've lost my weight. I don't have a problem with family and close friends just acquaintences. I usally just say a combination of things and let it go at that. It's not like they want a long discussion anyways. I don't know if you read my other post. But we missed you last night at the group meeting. Sure hope you will try to make the next one . We would love to meet you.

KEEP THE SNOW!! LOL! While the thought of a snow day is intriguing at times, there is JUST too much to do before the Holiday Break!
I had a bit of coffee this AM. Had too much caffeine yesterday, so I'm sticking with water the rest of the day.
When people comment on my weight, I really don't say anything. Early on, I was happy people noticed and heartily agreed with them! I am not shy about having surgery, so pretty much anyone that knows me, knows I had surgery. I didn't have surgery and lose weight because of what anyone else might have thought about me or my weight. I had the surgery for me. I was lucky in that I was a HEALTHY obese person. I didn't have any major co-morbidities, but I knew that wasn't going to last forever. My insurance covered the surgery. I had a high enough BMI to qualify. I chose a surgery and had it done. It was a 5 month process from the day I made my decision to the day I had surgery. I was very blessed in the entire situation and TRY every day (some days are harder than others) not to take it for granted! Tina

I didn't see snow forecasted this morning, but there is a little bit coming down. Got my portable heater running in my office and everyone keeps asking me why it's "like a sauna" in here! As a matter of fact, a sauna sounds great right about now. I'm going to do that at the gym tonight. Maybe then I'll finally get warm!
Ok, weight loss comments......I don't really get those any more because I'm so far out, and stopped losing a looooong time ago. But it was hard for me at first, because I used to blend in to the background. It really embarassed me when people would notice and say something. I always tried to just blow it off and change the subject! Now if I see someone I haven't seen in a long time and they say something, I just smile and say thanks. I haven't gotten any negative comments, so I don't know how I'd deal with that.
