This month's topic: Focus on Your Holidays
In keeping with the holiday theme, this is the meeting where we have our own little party and bring in our favorite WLS friendly recipes for others to try. We ask those participating to bring 12-15 copies of their recipes, complete with the nutritional information (calories per serving, grams of protein, carbs, fat, fiber, etc.). It's always a lot of fun and a great way to get new recipes of foods that are good for us!
The MMPC Kalamazoo Surgical Support Group is open to all pre and post-op bariatric patients, as well as those interested in learning more about weight loss surgery.
