Plastics

Hello all! My name is Christa. I am usually on the Non-Surgical forum. I have so far lost 77 pounds without surgery and I plan on making my 100lb mark by 12/31/08. Anyways I figure I could get some info on surgeons here in Michigan. I plan on having plastics in 2009. Tummy Tuck, Thighs, Lipo, Breast whatever...
Plus did any of your insurance companies pay for some of it? Any info is appreciated!! Thank you!

Wow!  Congrats!  That's quite an accomplishment.  I haven't had plastics, so I don't have any advice for you in that area!  But great job!  Keep it up!

Congrats on the weight loss!!!  I'm not completely sure on what the insurance requirements are.  My TT is in a little less the 2 weeks and I have minimal out of pocket for it -- just the lateral incision.  I know they're going to want more than cosmetic reasons to qualify it for you.  Document any/all issues you have, eg rashes/hives/infections/boils/etc.  If you keep your ears open you'll probably read about some seminars and it'll be a good place to start as to what's realistic and what's needed for insurance purposes.
