Hi Randy, I had good intentions,  I sat down to watch a little of the news and feel asleep!! I woke up at 7:00, I guess I must of been tired. I was bummed because I haven't been able to come the last two months and then I do that!! I will try to hit next month! Joan

Just here today, gotta take Kevin to his kidney drs. appt.  Drinking water and orange crystal light.... tryin to drink protein today, but I will gag my way through it.... Since I am still on liquids only I gotta do something to get that protein in....

What makes me happy?  My hubby, to know I am truly loved by another person ♥

Hey Chris,
Do you have Chocolate Protein Powder?  If so, I have a good recipe for 'frozen hot chocolate'.  It's not thick and milky like most of the drinks I've tried...but you do need the choc. protein powder.

I used to LOVE the chocolate, now I can't stand the smell of it and when I get it in my mouth my tummy starts to turn and my mouth gets all icky watery feeling... its bad.... I LOVED the chocolate.... but I have to try the cookies and cream and the vanilla I have, but you can still send me the recipe and I will try anything.... I just wish I could do the chocolate.....  :(

It will pass Chris.  I had the same issues.  I had a ton of it before sugery, and it took about 6 months before I could tolerate it again.  Still can't drink it daily, but once or twice a week is ok. 

I had bought 3 canisters of my favorite chocolate before surgery, because I found it 70% off on clearance.  I am 18 months out or so, and I am just breaking the seal on the third container.

I have been trying to get over this sickness!!!  I finally got on antibiotics yesterday for a sinus infection.  Stayed in bed all day yesterday.  I've been looking at that brand new treadmill, feeling so guilty because I have not used it.  I was doing so good too!  I still have 9lbs off....so I guess that is still good.  Hopefully I will be back on the treadmill next week.

What makes me happy??  My Chi-Wa-Wa would make me very happy right now.  Can you tell I'm missing her???

Hi everyone....long time no post.  Just been terrribly busy being sick, and trying to fight it off.  I think I am about over it.  Need to be by end of Jan 09 so......................fight on.

We have about 8 inches in central Mi....nothing I can't handle with 4wd, and 1.2 miles to work each day.    Plus I got out my ice skates just in case lmao.

Had my typical optimum anywhey in my new "Organic Peruvian Coffee" (floral, chocolate and delicate) from Hubbard Lake Coffee Roasters...........i had it this summer and OMG it is simply delish!!!  It was on sale so I bought about 3 lbs!  lol.

Soon off to Wal mart to return a few things and then to work this afternoon for another fun night of fundraising.
