Dr Foote will be doing my surgery, and I am having the same problems with that office. I call and leave a message but no return call. This went on for almost three weeks., I called the superviser for clerical Kim.
After that call things started to happen a little faster.

It doesn't matter that they have changed practices, and they now have the excuse of being behind with the move -- that practice is SO frustrating for SO many reasons. Such talented surgeons, and they have surrounded themselves with less than adequete support staff. I've just accepted it, and quit going to any appointments. I'll see Kemmeter again if surgical intervention is necessary, but if not, done with them! Too bad, there is so much potential with that practice, but they tend to ignore patient feedback.

Try asking for the Practice Manager: Kim McCorriston. She is sometimes responsive, other times not. That is the best I can say about her.

Highest Known Weight = 370# / 59.7 bmi @ 5'6"
Current Weight = 168# / 26.4 bmi : fluctuates 5# either way @ 5'7" / more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9) = 159#: would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.

Thanks, Kim. I did finally reach the surgery coordinator. She said my file looked complete but that she needed to speak with a supervisor before scheduling the surgery. She was to have called me back the next morning (yesterday). So far, I've heard nothing, but I'll call again today.
