OT - Black Friday

Anyone going shopping on Black Friday?

I have reviewed the ads already and it looks like I am going to Walmart and Kmart. Now I just need to decide if I want to go to the Walmart in Grand Rapids/Comstock Park or Greenville.

anyone been to the Walmart in Greenville on BF? Is it crazy there as well??

DH and I are actually going out on Thanksgiving day to get a flatscreen and then on Friday since we are both off I think we are hitting Target.. I usually like to go to Bath and Body Works that day too. I get their wallflowers really cheap and give them as gifts to people I might have forgot at the last minute.. I like to go more in the afternoon when things have calmed down... I am actually going to be stopping at Birch Run on Saturday.. I know that makes me crazy but I am looking for the deals this year.

What flatscreen are you looking at? We are looking for one as well, but I decided that I would rather spend $100 more and get it at Best Buy without having to fight the crowds over it. We were looking for a 32-42 inch one.

He is looking at the Sylvania one at Meijer for 379 it is a 32 inch one.. I REFUSE to go to Best Buy on Black Friday!!! Worst day ever to go to that store and they always run out of what I want on that day. LOL

Well hopefully I wont have to go there on BF. Hopefully my tV will be home by then.

That Sylvania one looks like a great deal. But hubby wants a 42".

I am looking for a flatscreen/LCD as well.  I'm looking at the Samsung 42 - 47".  Walmart looks like they have a decent price on it.  I have NEVER been out on Black Friday.  So I have no clue what to expect.  Also looking for an Ipod Classic and an Ipod Nano.  See what happens when your kids get older??? 

I am going to Birch Run too!!!!!!!!!!!! they will have some good deals there.

I am one of those blessed people who get to work it every year.  Yep, I have to be at the mall at 5 - 5:30 to start handing gift bags out at 6 a.m.  After the rush that lasts about 10 minutes to pass out 400 bags, I do my shopping.  We all take turns during the day to dart out and get things. 

Looking for a electric lap blanket for my MIL, our house is never warm enough for her, and 75 is the top we will let the stat go.  She would have it at 85 and still be cold.
