Its over finally had Surgery

Well its over I had the Relize Band installed (lol) on monday, and I feel great.  I had to spend the night because of insurance.  But was in operating room at 7:10 am.  I was up and walking bye 9:30am I still have not taken any pain medication I am not sore at all maybe just a litle stinging where the incisions are.  Have some gas but most is in the chest are....deep slow breaths are reliving that issue.....anyway not sure how often I will post here but wanted YELLLL its over and now the hard part starts.

Congrats Alan!  It's a big step but one I think we will both be happy with!
