I can't believe we couldn't get ONE newbie to post answers to the questions yesterday.  I fear this board is dead

Well, at least it's Friday.  The only plans I have for the weekend are grocery shopping to get ready for the holiday and mouse-proofing my pantry.  Sounds fun, huh?

I hear ya....IT BE DEAD. 

Mouse-proofing is always fun.  We used to have problems with that EVERY winter.  As soon as it started getting cold, they would come in the house.  I also moved my bird feeders away from the house after I watched them tunnel up through the snow to get the seeds that the birds had dropped.  We had 2 outside cats, too, but the mice still showed up.  Once we took in my niece's cats, the mouse problem went away.  I hate having cats in the house, but we haven't seen evidence of mice in over 3 years!

Not looking forward to Opening Day.  We are surrounded by state land so HUNTERS abound.  Sounds like a war zone out here on Nov. 15th.  I used to have a yellow lab.  I was afraid to let him outside for very long during hunting season!  But we've been here over 8 years and no incidences, so I think we're safe. 

Hubby and I are off today (well, hubby is actually off for the next 2 weeks...using up his vaca time).  Our 18th anniversary is next Tuesday, so we always take a long weekend around Nov. 18th.  We aren't doing much.  We're gonna start clearing out one of our extra bedrooms to redo it.  Paint, carpet, furniture...basics.  I'm hoping to get it done over our Christmas break. 

We're going out for dinner tonight with my sis and her hubby.  Other than that, we'll be home.  Good times....

I'm in Canada drinking my wonderful Tim Hortons coffee.  Sitting at the computer with my Chi-Wa-Wa on my lap watching Regis & Kelly.  Just doing laundry today.  My little girl asked me (begged me) to bring her McDonalds to school for lunch.  With much hesitation, I agreed.  I have Saturday off so I am extremely excited about that.  Just gonna hang out and go with the flo - whatever happens - happens.

I love weekends like that...whatever happens, happens!  My kinda weekend!

Oh no Honey, I am drinking my fully loaded drug laced Tim Horton's coffee!!!  Watching Ellen - they are dunking a hunk in the dunk tank.  Nothing like having a little eye candy!!!  LOL!!!  They picked a good one!!!

I'm totally jealous of Tina and Carey!  Three days off!

Like I said before, I can't wait for Thanksgiving weekend because that is my 3 day off weekend.  I get the junk out of the way on Wednesay night and Thursday, then I'm a free woman for 3 days!

I did go to Ikea last night and it got me excited about organizing and storing stuff.  I love that place!

We are going to my inlaws for Thanksgiving, this year.  I'm looking forward to NOT having it at my house this year.  We have a 1/2 day on the Wed before, so we'll head out when I get home. 

What are you going to do with yourself for 3 whole days?!?!?!

I've been thinking about going to IKEA lately....but that store frustrates me!  LOL!
